During her career, Rita Paiva understood the need to help Health Care providers to improve their careers as a whole: with their technical knowledge but also, lauching and grow their businesses.

Throughout her international journey, she is currently:

  • International Trainer and Speaker;

  • Practicing Pelvic Physiotherapist in her clinic, leading her Pelvic Physiotherapy Team;

  • PhD in Health Sciences;

  • Founder & CEO of RITTA Clinic;

  • Founder & CEO of RITTA Academy.

In 2022, when Rita returned to Portugal, shw brought innovation and something fresh to Pelvic Health with her social media and creative vision, leading the best information to the world wide population and contributing to help more and more people.
